Old VF account still showing as open on my credit file!

I closed my VF account in October 2017, I checked my credit history today and for some reason it's showing that my VF account is active. I need my VF account closed - tips on who to contact and how to get this done would be appreciated!

My suggestion would be to contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams as they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can look at this for you.

 

Link back to your thread here and include your forum username to help hasten up the help they can give.

 

There is no account access assistance via the Vodafone Community Forum.

 

Vodafone > Facebook.

 

Vodafone > Twitter.

 

Other avenues to speak with Vodafone are in Vodafone > Contact-us.
