I closed my VF account in October 2017, I checked my credit history today and for some reason it's showing that my VF account is active. I need my VF account closed - tips on who to contact and how to get this done would be appreciated!
My suggestion would be to contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams as they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can look at this for you.
