Old Vodafone bill

. Must be from an old account as the date is June 2019.  Its £159 and i just want to get it cleared off. Ive spoken to numerous agents on live chat who were useless to say the least!...i cant call up as you are required to put in mobile/account number which i done have. Really dont know what else to do and need to get this sorted ASAP this is destroying my credit score

I'd suggest to try the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they have account access.

I assume the default was warranted so paying Off the debt will change it's status from Outstanding to Settled but it will still remain on your Credit File for 6 years from the default date.
