Hi, can you please advise how to get my old Vodafone account marked as settled.
Account was closed down in November 2016 but is still actively reporting to credit reference agency's.
It went settled for one month and has now gone back active!

The Vodafone Social Media Teams here have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Teams who they can pass 5his onto once they've caught up with your thread and you've passed the security checks they'll take you through.

Still not marked as settled. I really don't understand what is so difficult about this.
The account was paid up and closed down correctly, the is no outstanding balance or missed payments.
I just want it to be marked as settled. It should be automatic process. All my other old a.c just move to settled on their own. This is the third time I've asked now. Please just mark it as settled!

@richwillz I do appreciate your feedback and it's a shame to see this still hasn't been done. I can see you've sent an email back in to our Credit team and they'll be in touch to help out further.
