Hey I just switched to the bussiness plan a month ago. I hardly use the data as I am always connected to the wifi network. I just use it for calls. But still I get billed more than the price plan i had chosen. The sad part is i have been facing network issues lately, then why am i being charged so much.?

Your online myvodafone should show what your plan is and if you've been charged costs then what they are for.
Your Vodafone business advisor via customer services will be able to look into your business account and clarify further @martinbaker2727
