I recently requested a PAC code from GiffGaff to begin the process of transferring my number to my new Vodafone contract. I received a text message from Vodafone saying that the transfer would happen between 11am and 5pm that day, with an addendum saying that it could take until midnight.
Since then, my EE sim card has stopped working, but my Vodafone Sim is still using the temporary number.
How can I complete the process? I don't know where my number has gone.
