Shame to see this issue is rumbbling on. It's 2020 and Vodafone are *still* hitting people's credit file with "missing payments" for tiny amounts that the customer was never billed for, doesn't know about, was never reminded about, and that don't show up in the online account.
Given we all know the 2015-2016 billing system was causing all sort of issues it is disappointing that Vodafone never tried resolving the outstanding accounts. If at *any* point in the last 3.5 years they had asked I could have settled the owed amount. Instead they got another computer to hit my credit file, Forever.
