Hi my name is Matthew catton I had a pay monthly phone for years with u I rand 4 years back to say I no longer require a contract this was at the end of my 24 month contract as I was given a work phone now my credit isn't gd because of this can u please look in to this for me my number is Removed

I'm assuming you gave Vodafone UK 30 days notice to end your contract ?

Did you leave your Direct Debit in place until your final bill was taken 2-4 weeks later and followed by a sorry your leaving letter and a £0 bill which confirms account cancellation ?

Until then it's suggested to leave your Direct Debit in place to allow for billing debuts and credits. 

Do you have a default on your Credit File  ?

Let the Vodafone Social Media Team here catch up with your thread and bring you in away from the open forum to pass security checks and they'll help you further with this situation by passing your info to their Credit File Specialist Team.

Hi I gave them 30days notice but can't remember if they took last payment or not

If you left your Direct Debit in place then there's no reason why they wouldn't have. 

The Credit File Specialist Team will help to clarify I'm sure.
