Hi
I have reveived the phone unlock code and put the new sim in the phone but have not been prompted to insert the unlock pin. The phone is therefore not working when inserting the new sim. Please help

Can you double check the other networks sim card is activated
i.e. connects to mobile data etc.
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.
