Porting back to VF

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hey guys,

Is there a time limit for me to port my number back to VF if I have left in the last few days?

For example if I ported away and completed yesterday but I have changed my mind can I request the PAC from my new provider and port back to a new contract on VF tomorrow to complete in a few days?

Thanks

G

Hi @Anonymous

There is no reason for the network you have ported to refuse to issue a PAC code to enable you to port back to Vodafone.

If you contact your new providers customer service, they will be able to provide you with a PAC code.

@Anonymous

If the number was originally a Vodafone number you shouldn't have any issues.

In the unlikely event of any problems, come back to the forum for support.

Hey AnnS

It's not the current network I am concern about, they'll issue a PAC without issue.

My post was more to do with VF and their systems and to see porting back so quickly would cause any problems?

VF's platform can be a bit delicate! :Winking_smiley:

If your port out completed OK then should now be good to port back in.

I left in April and only lasted a few weeks with my new provider before then porting back in.
