Porting issue

I have just moved from EE to Vodafone and ported my number across. I have had a text to confirm that the port has been successfully completed today.  I can make calls and send texts to any network but any incoming calls and SMS texts go through to my old mobile phone. 
I've rebooted the phone, taken out the sim and put it back in again and updated all IOS settings. 

Can anyone help me please?

Hi @AndiG1970 

 

Please do keep turning the phone Off and On to soft reboot the connection and or choose another network in the phones settings and then re choose Vodafone.

It could be the porting_in is still finalising in regards to the files via the Pac.

If this does not self resolve today then I'd suggest to speak with Customer services  or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via 》 Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries  and they'll access your account to check and make sure this isn't a split port which is where not all the porting in files have not settled fully.

If so they'll involve their Porting In Teams.
