WHat exactly are network issues and why hasnt my number fully ported i dont understand. It was meant to happen yesterday but i can only make calls not receive and i cant send or recieve texts either - i cant set up whatsapp as they have to text or call to verify me!! I am absolutely stuck and uncontactable


Please can you help i just want to undersatnd the problem


In my area when i check there are no network issues showing??

This sounds like a Split Port @lisatownsend


If this has not resolved by tomorrow and turning the phone Off and On and choosing manually another network and then re choose Vodafone does not help then ask Customer Services to escalate this to the Porting In Teams to get the files properly settled.
