Hey,
I got a proof of purchase for an insurance claim and says - Date of blacklisting: n/a
but I clearly spoke to the advisor on the phone and they said they were going to blacklist my imei.
Is this right?
I can't send it off to my insurance company if it says it's not been blacklisted but it does say its been barred.
