Hello All
I am Vodafone Sim only customer, lost my phone recently and requested a proof of usage, surprisingly Vodafone says they cannot see the IMEI usage while I was using their ESIM on the mobile for a couple of months.
Isn't it a security thing? I really worried and I will be loosing my claim if I cannot prove that I was using the phone with Vodafone Sim.

Hey @karthikreddy, was it this form that completed here? Did you get any usage information back from the team for your mobile number? If you did, what was the outcome when you submitted this to your insurance company, were they happy the information provided? 🙂

Hello
I have submitted the form, Vodafone says they cannot find the IMEI they are giving an IMEI of my old mobile which I changed 3 months ago. And they cannot see IMEI of new phone which I started using from 23rd May 2021 as ESIM, It is really shocking

The information @AnnS provided is spot on @karthikreddy. Whenever you make a call using your phone, it will register against your phones IMEI and this will be recorded on your account. Pop us message through our social channels as she advised and I'm sure we'll get you the correct IMEI.

Hey @karthikreddy
Every time you make a call, it will be logged against the IMEI number of the phone. I would send the Social Team a message through Twitter or Facebook, they will get the information you need to complete your insurance claim. The details are here: Contact Us
