I phoned Vodafone today and removed securenet.
I received a text saying it had been removed and then 10mins later another saying it had been added.
I have tried contacting Vodafone but I can't get through to anyone, on both call and app.
I also tried moving it myself via the app by it says it is already deactivate even though it is not.
What else can I do?

The usual official way is via How-do-I-deactivate-Secure-Net.

If your using an Android phone try going into something similar to Settings, Apps, Find the Securenet app, Location, delete data and cache and uninstall if the option is there.
Force stop it.
Also remove it from your myapps in your app library.
If your using an iPhone then remove it from your iTunes library if you can.
If that fails then you'll need to contact Live Chat, 191 or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they should be able to manually do this for you.
