I see there's an article on Vodafone Help describing how to request a PAC via SMS.
Is there a currently problem with this? I'm not getting any response to my message.
Vodafone need to confirm it's the account holder requesting the Pac so I always suggest to call 191 and choose the thinking of leaving option or use Live Chat.
I've not come across a person being successful in asking for a Pac via a text message.

I would have normally called, but the guy in the phoneshop mentioned that most providers are now allowing their customers to request by text, to save calling. So I thought I'd give it a go, before going back to them tomorrow. But I'll just call in the meantime, because it doesn't seem to be working.
