Afternoon,
I got disconnected and now want to re-instate my old number. I have checked and the number is not used by anybody else, please could you reinstate my old number?

You don't mention the reason for your disconnection, if this was an account issue the maximum period for reconnection is 3 months, if it has been longer than 3 months the number may be anywhere in the system and impossible to locate.
