just having na issue with a sim swap on the simswap web page
I select Pay monthly
then i enter the mobile number
and then I enter the security code i am sent via sms
then i get the message ' Your Number is Blocked , contact account holder'
I am the account holder and have no idea what it means by number is blocked
I have logged into my account but cant seem to find a section where i can block a number
maybe it means that changes to the number are blocked and i just need to activate something?
not really sure the message is not that helpful and when i spoke to vodafone they did not know what i was talking about
