I’ve gone sim only after my contract ended. Fitted sim but it’s coming up that I have two Numbers now, my old one and the new one. How do I fix it?

It looks like you have taken a new contract and not changed the tariff on the existing contract to SIM only.
You are going need to cancel the previous contract and move the number to the new SIM only contract. The quickest way is to port out the previous number and port back in on the new contract. Alternatively, cancel the new SIM only and upgrade the previous number.
