Sky Sports Mobile TV Account

I have just purchased a new mobile via Vodafone and went for the sky sports bundle as part of Red Extra. I have gone through the registration process but when I try and log in its asking for a username / password - Now I have another phone on my account that my wife uses with the same app (It's paid for under my account / email but a seperate number) and when I put my email / password in it comes up as an error. 

 

I had sky a few years back and cancelled it under the same email address - not sure if this is causing an issue? 

 

Any help would be gratefully received!
