Hi, I'm having an issue with my Vodafone X deal too. I've not been able to use the sky sports mobile app at all since signing up for this deal. 
Could I please get some help? Would be greatly appreciated!

Is your phone an android version and perhaps on Android 10 @TJ-101 

If so them there is a known issue with the app and this new firmware.

If that isn't the case then customer service or the Vodafone Social Media Teams Vodafone Social Media Teams  maybe able to help.

You can also try deleting the app from.your phone and app store and then download a fresh copy
