Skype screenshare not working via vodafone ?

Hi Folks 

I hope someone can help, I have been using my Vodafone sim on a 4g router, everything works well except for skype screen share

is there some sort of limitation ?

Hi @Spartan123, if there are no other issues with your connection, it sounds like this maybe connected to your Skype connection. You can check the below, all these can cause this issue you're experiencing:

- If you're conneted to a call when trying to share your screen, If not you won't have the option to share screens.

- Make sure that you and the person you are sharing your screen with are using a version of Skype that supports screen sharing.

- Do you and the and the person you are sharing your screen with are using a version of Skype? 

If trying these doesn't help resolve your issue, I'm sure Skypes dedicated support team will be able to offer more help you start sharing your screens again.
