It happened again, probably 100th time. I went to login online and all of sudden it can't recognize login or password. I didn't use incorrect login or password. It all used to work and all of sudden gone. It has happened so many times in the past that it freaks me out. My question is why Vodafone keep messing with online system and waste hours of time in dealing with customer support? Does it hapen to others too or it's only me who is so unlucky?
