Can someone tell me how I can speak to someone, the system keeps going to TOBi which is useless.
Do I have to go to a Vodafone shop ?
You can call 191, or use LiveChat. Alternatively, the Social Media team via Facebook or Twitter are very good.
191 and live chat both take you to the computer thing.
i suppose I'll have to find time to go to a Vodafone shop.
