Split Porting Issues!

Hello

after 7 days waiting and chasing for porting of number to take place it seems it has been half done. Phone can make call and correct  number shows on recipient phone. BUT no incoming calls accepted and no text messages.

 

This is my first time as vodafone customer and so far the experience  rates as ZERO.  I guess I will have to call port team again on Monday but I get different story from them every time.. so not confident at all.

I agree it's certainly not a good first experience for a new customer @Schmut   (

I'd agree to contact customer service and ask for the Porting Teams to remedy your issue.
