I signed up to a Red Entertainment SIM only plan specifically to get 12 free months of Spotify .
The link in the text doesn't have that option . The only options are Sky Sports Mobile or one free month of Spotify.
Online chat is useless. I've checked my plan details and I'm definitely entitled to 12 free months of Spotify.
What do I do to get this sorted?
Hey @sc_uk_, I'm really sorry to hear you're having problems getting your Spotify set up. When you follow the link in the text, are you using your mobile data; rather than Wi-Fi?
