My Spotify has ended I was told it would stop on the 8 November it’s now after that but it’s still showing a premium I need it to stop so I can get Spotify direct from Spotify please can you sort it out for me

You can cancel your Spofiy subscription by following the link here: How do I cancel my Spotify Premium subscription?

When you have made the cancellation, the subscription will run it's course until the following monthly renewal date.

It has run its course when I cancelled I got the date of 8th it is now the 9th it should of cancelled last night
