Still Having Split Port Issues

I have just (almost) ported in from O2, I can make outgoing calls and texts but all incoming is still routed to my old phone. Every time I talk to an online chat agent I am promised that it has been fixed and give it x amount of time but it never is. I've restarted my phone countless times, reset my apn setting. My SIM has been removed and reinserted more times than I care to count. They even claim it was referred to the porting team, I receive a welcome to Vodafone message but nothing changes. Should I have stayed on O2?

 

I'm hoping an Admin can help me escalate this and get it sorted correctly.

@Gayn1985 Are you using an iPhone? If so, please follow the below: 

  • Go to Settings
  • Select Phone
  • Check where it says My Number that this is the number you're porting in
  • If it's not, click on the number, change it to the correct one and hit save
  • Restart your phone and test again
