When I took my last plan for £19 a month I specifically asked the rep on the phone if there was a hidden price increase and he assured me there was not. However I see that Vodafone has jacked up the monthly fee from £19 a month to over £45 per month (wth no change in minutes or data or voice)
Is this a usual ethical practice operated by Vodafone on loyal customers???
I have tried to raise this by chat but that seems to be switched off by Vodafone
Seems to be the sort f behavior that says "go and find another provider because we do not care"
Anyone else had this behavior?

Hi @Wodeland
The first places to look will be your online and phone application. If the plan was discounted when you agreed the contract, the discount period may have ended and you are now paying full monthly amount pre discount.
If you need clarification live chat or Customer Services will be able to provide the necessary account access.
