My bill suddenly increased from £9.57 per month until May 2020, to £16.75 in June, and further to £23.93 from July to September. I cannot find the reason in my online account or PDF bill and I did not incur any extras. This is much more than the 2.5% increase from March 2020. Surely the reason for the 200% increase should be transparently stated and easy for me to see. Or an email would be courteous. This is unacceptable to me as a customer of about 20 years. Does anyone else have this experience? What was the reason for the doubling of the monthly bill?

Usually a person can see in their online myvodafone or myvodafone app whats happening to show whats been charged for.
Sometimes the other reasons are out of tariff charges such as MMS Multimedia Texts / subscriptions etc or a discount has ended.
