Switch to eSIM not available in MyAccount

I have tried numerous times to find how to swap to an eSIM and nothing works - there is no "Swap to eSIM" option in MyVodafone on any page, so god knows why all instructions point to MyVodafone.  Robi doesn't work on my computer and I can't find a telephone number or way to chat, so resorting to using the community rather than customer services.  Does anyone know how to do this before I just goto my nearest O2 store and do a port out at the same time? Thanks.

Agree, I thought there might be some benefit to managing dual SIM options between the eSIM and physical slots and leaving one spare physical for an emergency / prepay, but feels like experience mgt by networks AND phone software designers has a long way to go and I'll be switching back and staying on physical. Phone also keeps disconnecting SIM to refresh details from network, which is very annoying when running Tasker and triggeri g events based on CELL near criteria!
