Temporarily upgrading plan

Hi,

 

Does anyone know if it is possible to upgrade my plan for a few months? I am on 24gb of data however have moved and can’t get broadband until I move into my new house in 5 months time so want to upgrade to unlimited data and then go back to 24gb data once I get broadband back up and running. Is that possible?

Hi @k1984 

 

You can certainly change your plan to meet your needs for extra data but you wouldn't be able to go back to the original lower tariff.

 

The other alternative is to get a PAYG data dongle here: Mobile Broadband but probable won't work out any cheaper.

 

The best thing to do is speak to upgrades through 191, they will be able to make some recommendations for your extra data needs.
