Terrible customer service, integrity? Customer careless

Dear forum members and hopefully customer experience specialists at Vodafone. I recently signed up to a mobile Wi-Fi dongle product contract. Sadly this product did not support my needs in terms of data usage and I dialled across various Vodafone service departments including the complaints department. Various commitments including: call listening and commitments to contact me again on specific dates and times to update me have not been followed up on. I am a high spending customers using other Vodafone products but now I'm in despair and have fallen out of love badly with Vodafone as a brand since I believe they cannot be trusted And there is no operational will in their system to work together to enable a the most basix customer experience or service. Are there any forum members that have been lied to, have been made false promises, and customers that simply do not have the time or the will to calling back into Vodafone? Or am I just a single person here. Dear Vodafone I ask you to review urgently my case and make a request in the the interest of your customers to make sure that complaints are handled accordingly and in the promised and agreed timelines. Thank you

The Vodafone Social Media Teams can look at your case but not via your post here on the Vodafone Forum as account issues are no longer dealt with from here.

You would need to contact them via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

Yes, I have been lied to repeatedly. I have been trying to upgrade & have been told time & again that I would DEFIBITELY receive my new phone on Monday. Turns out this wasn't true. I was told a load more lies than that as well! I'm fuming & have raised a very strong complaint.

Just about everyone who posts on this forum has been lied to or given incorrect advice at some stage, which is why we joined the eforum to begin with.  In my case it was along time ago - but it still happened.
