I sent my phone off a week ago and I can't use the tracking page, I enter my details and it doesn't do anything so I can't see the status of my repair. I have tried the online chat to be told they can't really help and it will take as long as it takes...
If you only sent off your phone a week ago, with the current situation this may take longer than usual to update. As soon as the Repair Centre have examined the phone and located the problem, you will get a report back with the problem and cost (if any).
This page seems to be working Track a Repair Try clearing your cookies and logging in again.
If you don't hear something next week, return to the forum and contact the Social Media Team on this link
I reckon its something to do with my surname which is always misspelled as i have done what you recommended and still nothing. thanks for trying
