Transfer of Phone (iPhone) and number contract

Please I need more information. A friend of mine bought an iPhone and a Vodafone number for me last year June, 2021 He has been paying for the contract. Currently we are no longer  together. Is it possible for him to transfer both the iPhone and number contract to me so I can continue with the payment. Or what solution is available for me as I do not want to be indebted to him. Thanks

Hi there @Melonie - When transferring an account from one person to another, we do advise following our transfer of ownership form. This would be the preferred method to use as it's the most efficient, however if this method didn't suit your situation we can talk you and your ex through your options, just get in touch with us on social media so we can look into the account.
