please advise me as how to get information from vodafone. I became a victim of fraud as someone got my personal details and bought an expensive iphone . Vphone says I need to pay the amount for the phone. I got mail months back regarding this payment. But I reported to vodafone about this fraud and then vphone black listed the phone and said they had cancelled cotract.
But I am unable to buy any service from v.phone till now. Also got an email from BECCA asking to pay outstanding even after reported fraud
So I need to know from vodafone , am I still responsible for the phone payment , if so how much should I pay ?
As I can not find Vphone email address , I am posting this to get an advice . Please help
