Hi
I have not been able to access very me rewards for 3 months now. I previously could when I was with Vodafone, then I ported my number to Sky and then have returned back to vodafone due to network connectivity issues,

@milishah Has your port back in to our services been completed yet? If you're still using a temporary number pre-port in, the VeryMe Rewards part of the app won't work just yet.

Yes, the port was done successfully in Jan' 20.

Does deleting and reinstalling the app resolve this for you @milishah? We've seen that this does the trick for any of our recently joined customers. Please let me know how you get on!
