Unable to log into my Vodafone account

I like some others cannot log into my vf. account both in the app and online now they say they don't recognise my 2 numbers and don't recognise my email only been with them since 1988 online chat adviser polite but has sent my input to another team have reset laptop,tablet and phone bit drastic but didn't work anyway and all I want to do is look at my latest itemized bill!!

@plug44 I'm sorry to hear you're having issues accessing My Vodafone online. Have you registered for the online account previously and if so, how long have you been without access to your My Vodafone account? 

hello josh, yes i have always used an online account and should be registered but not able to get into it now. i have been without access for a few weeks now.
