Unknown Direct Debit on Business Bank Account

Hi,

 

I was wondering if someone can help me with my query.  I work on the accounts department for my company and noticed that there is a monthly direct debit that is being taken from the bank account. 

 

The reference on the bank statement is 7015549401-1002. I have asked around the office and nobody is aware of this direct debit. 

 

Can someone shed any light what this is for? Otherwise i will just cancel the Direct Debit.

Account access isn't available via the Vodafone Forum @WinhT2 

 

There is Vodafone Support.

 

Or You may need to contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Vodafone Facebook  and or Vodafone Twitter.

 

AAlternatively your bank might be able to investigate and if relevant return the taken funds. 

 

My apologies at having to send you elsewhere to engage with Vodafone UK as I appreciate you came here , signed up and created a post to reach out for help but the Team here can no longer help with Account based issues.

 

But it's the same Social Media Teams here that help and assist via Facebook and Twitter.

 

Things have changed as they have decided that help and assistance with account based issues would be best supported that way.

 

I appreciate not everyone wants to use Social Media however it takes but a few moments to create a Twitter or Facebook account and then can be forgotten if necessary. Just a thought.

You would need to contact the Business Team about this enquiry. 

 

However, as you are not the account holder, and there is no account to verify, with GDPR data protection regulations, I doubt Vodafone would be very forthcoming giving you this information and they may not even being able to trace the account holder name from the reference.  Within your company there may be a department handling communications, perhaps someone there may be able to throw some light on the unknown direct debit payment.
