Unlimited Max with Entertainment query

Hi,

I’ve recently started a new pay monthly contract for the above package. However, I am yet to receive a text message giving me the option to set up my chosen Entertainment package. Could someone point me in the right direction of who to contact to resolve this? The virtual agent isn’t much help.

Hi @dynamo31770 To get your Entertainment pack options, you'll need to text ENTERTAINMENT to 97613. Once you've received a text back you'll be good to go!
