When processing a upgrade has anyone actually recieved the phone within the original period or is everyone just told its out of stock?
I have a sneaky suspicious feeling that they might just take the order and then get the phones as to stop any issues with them having High levels of stock.
Just slightly frustrated as I'm. Now left waiting for a new phone for two weeks, which would have been better if they had just said this at the time of order.

I think what sometimes happens @AMYROSE123 is that when the agent is processing the upgrade / new order the stock level shows as available but then due to how fast those stock levels change this can affect the newly raised orders.
Newly released or flagship phones can suffer from supply and demand too.
I appreciate how frustrating it can be when your told one thing to then be updated with a delay.
This is also why I suggest to a person to visit a Vodafone Highstreet Store as your then normally walking out with the phone of choice and contract paperwork and not having to wait in for a delivery.
I appreciate that isn't available right now due to these unprecedented times.
