Just wanted to say this is worst mobile phone company I have ever been with regret taking out contract, Customer service waste of space website down more often than up ect ect

For this reason you to give them something to go on and some indication of the issues you are experiencing.  It doesn't need to be anything long, just a brief description of the problems.
