Vodafone DC certificate expired 1 Feb 2020

Just updated to iOS 13.3.1 on my pay monthly iphone 6s.  I then received the usual Vodafone text re updating APN settings. On updating the new Contract WAP profile shows the Vodafone DC certificate as Expired 1 February 2020. Re-tried updated settings with the same result.        Q1. Is Vodafone DC certificate required for full phone functionality or can I ignore? Q2. Is there a fix? Thanks
