Can you eloberate a little. 

Normally functions like these are within the settings.

When trying to enter a search topic there is only voice control available, i.e. no keyboard.

This is from the user manual. 

On the far bottom left of the keyboard is a smiley face next to 123 key Long press on that to see what happens. Screenshot_20180113-133309.png
