I recieved my new NFC sim on Friday and set up wallet. All seemed fine, i used it on Saturday with one of the 2 cards i have added with no problem. 

Yesterday i tried to use it in 3 shops with no success.. I have just opened the app this morning and it's telling me to enter all my personal info again.

Has there been a problem with the app? How has it managed to lose all the information i only put in 4 days ago?

Help appreciated.

Hi. I haven't come across that problem before, even after updates mine has remembered my information.
