hello, I've had a Crunchyroll subscription for a month but when I tried to renew it the next month it kept saying "limit exceeded" and it kept declining my Vodafone billing on Google play, how to fix? I have more than enough credits for the payment.

You mention credits @mariam_m , the first question to ask is if you are on PAYG or pay monthly?
If you are PAYG providing you have the credit available there shouldn't be any problems renewing your subscription.
If you are pay monthly, there is a limit to the amount set by Google Play that can be charged to bill during a 30 day period and it may be worth waiting until the end of the 30 day period. If you have spend manager active it would be worth increasing the limit or turning it off.

If you're on your phone and connected to the internet @mariam_m, the easiest way to update your Spend Manager limit is by logging in to the My Vodafone app. You can also update your spend limit by calling 41156 free from your Vodafone mobile.
