I've ended my pay monthly account with Vodafone, recently I checked my credit score history and although I have no late payments and the status is OK, it still shows up as if my account was open. How can I get it properly closed from Vodafone so it no longer shows on my credit score?

Hi - I am having the same problem, can you please send me the details of the credit file team or any email/number which I can contact? My contract is over with vodafone for more than a year now and I am with another operator.

@vinitesh - I’m sorry that it’s still showing as open on your credit file.
