I have already raised three seperate complaints on this and got absolutely nowhere.
2 old accounts on my credit file - one dating back to 2012!!
3 seperate complaints raised- keep getting told they have been 'closed' and taken off, still there - not been a customer of vodafone since 2017.
Absolutely ridiculous. they did manage to take one off - lasted a week, now it has been 're-enabled' as of this month.
Literally trying to get anyone to understand my frustrations is beyond difficult. I dont want to be affiliated with this company as i do not use ANY vodafone services. Yet they wont close any accounts.
Infuriating... I'll be going to the information commisioner complaints for this now,
I would suggest trying the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can look into this for you.
