Vodafone to Vodafone via Third party

Hi,

 

I am a current Vodafone pay monthly contract holder, I have ordered a new phone through a third party, but also with Vodafone and was wondering what i have to do to get my current Vodafone number transferred onto my new Vodafone contract?

Vodafone themselves seem quite unhelpful.

 

Advice would be massively appreciated as i can't believe staying with the same provider is more tricky than just getting a pac code.

Please try the forum search facility @Laughsatcats there are examples on how  to proceed when transferring a number through a third party contract. 

 

The quickest way is by porting the number you wish to keep to any other  network and back in on the third party contract.
