Hi there my son wants to pay his vodaphone debt of so he can get a morgage but vodaphone can’t find it . So what do we do and how do we get this off his credit file please

The only time a default can be removed is when it has been placed in error.  If this is a genuine default where your Son stopped paying the bill, it will run it's course for 6 years.
