Voicemail after porting

Have just ported from Three. Although VF voicemail seems to be working I am unable to change security level or the security code for use abroad. After 121 and 4 and 2 I simply get “thank you for calling. Goodbye”. Have tried restarting voicemail myself and customer service but still not working. It’s meant to have been escalated but nothing seems to be happening. Any help please?

Hi @crd1904

 

As you have only just ported over this is probably due to transferring your number from three.  Most probably the port hasn't fully settled and your may be able to change the security level and PIN within the following few days.

 

Although this has already been escalated through Customer Service channels, the forum Team will get to the thread find the progress of the excalation and get this solved for you.
